James A. Karl Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James A. Karl of Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Karl and Mary Karl (Fisher); his grandson Jason Workman; and his brothers, William Karl, Herbert Karl and Jerry Karl.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. "Marge" Karl (Depinet); his children, Karen Workman (Scot) of Shelby, Kay Doerrer of Hudson, Krista Moore (Dave) of Shelby, Kevin Karl (Jill) of Shelby and Susan Cuttone (Lenny) of Springboro; his grandchildren, Samantha Moore, Amanda, Allison, Eric Workman, Angie, Kyle, Brad Doerrer, Tanner, Teagan, Anniston Cuttone and Logan Karl; his brothers, Allen Karl (Judy) of Tiro and Norbert Karl of New Washington; and his friend Ruth Karl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, both the family and the funeral home wish that everyone remains safe.

Memorial contributions may be made to Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church or to the Shelby Senior and Community Center and left in care of the funeral home.
