He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan V. Bair and Lakey Bair (Hendricks); his brothers, Russell, Robert and Delbert Bair; his stepparents, Gilbert Wright and Fannie Bair; and his stepbrother Robert Bland.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Bair (Pry); his children, Vicki Park of Bucyrus, Chad Bair (Emily) of Waynesville, OH, Pascha Parker (Mitch) of Bucyrus, Paxton Bair of Bucyrus and Ashley Grady (Justin) of Bucyrus; his stepsons, Paul Nedolast of Shelby, Tom Nedolast of New Washington and Andy Nedolast (Emma) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Kendra Lanker (Jimmy), Marissa, Austin Bair, Noah, Riley Parker, Leah, Xavior Bair, Kelsie, Atlee, Collin, Paetyn Grady and Finley Nedolast; and his cousins, Ron Risser and Joyce Noe. He is also survived by five great granddaughters.
