He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Newmeyer and Harmina Newmeyer (Bogema); his wife Donna Newmeyer (Weaver); and his siblings, Wilma Baumier, Emma Shetterly, Virginia Smith, Mary Frederick, Hermena Elmer, Julia Ginter, Rose Wadsworth, Crystal Messersmith and Ted Newmeyer.
He is survived by: his sons, Ben Newmeyer (Rebecca) of Shelby, Dan Newmeyer, Thomas Newmeyer and Richard Newmeyer; his grandchildren, Haiden and Helena; and his siblings, Dale Newmeyer (Phyllis) of Attica and Hilda Lee of Fostoria.
