She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Washborn and Grace Washborn (Tilton); her husband Bud Milliron; her daughter Cathy Biglin; her son-in-law Butch Biglin; her sister Wanda Palmer; and her brother-in-law Daryll Palmer.
She is survived by: her close friend Katie; her sons, Frank Newland (Jan) of Shelby and Russ Newland (Betty) of Shelby; and her sisters-in-law, Beth Welter of Toledo, Mary Lynn Vincent of Inglewood and Ginny Duffy (Tom) of Port Clinton, OH. She is also survived by several step children, step grandchildren; numerous, nieces, nephews.
