He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Moore and Mary Moore (Reilly); his siblings, Glenda Selbo and Lewis Moore; and his stepsiblings, Walter DeWitt and Caroline Betts.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Moore (Biglin); his son David E. Moore (Krista) of Shelby; his granddaughter Samantha Moore of Shelby; and his father-in-law Lawrence Biglin of Shelby.
