He was predeceased by: his mother Clara "Sue" Ratliff (Skeens); and his father-in-law Dave Deaner. He is survived by: his father Russell Ratliff (Lori) of Kingston, OH; his wife Deanna Ratliff (Deaner); his sons, Dustin Ratliff (Kaitlin) of Shelby, Derek Ratliff (Breanna) of Mansfield, OH and Dylan Ratliff of Willard, OH; his grandchildren, Adylynn, Anbrielle, Amiya, Avery, Juniper, Elvaleigh, Rocco, Jaden and Camdyn; and his siblings, John Ratliff (Sheryl) of Mt. Gilead, OH, Jeff Ratliff of Mansfield, Michael Ratliff of Mansfield, Terrie Smith (Merle) of Shelby, Rebekah Ratliff of Beaver, OH and Jessica Compher (Joe) of Kingston, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory (33 N Gamble St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In place of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
