He was predeceased by: his parents, Camillas Mack and Opal Mack (Wingart); and his daughter-in-law Shannon Mack. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Mack; his children, Paul Mack (Lisa) of Delaware, David Mack of Shelby, Troy Mack (Paula) of Greenwood, SC and Kim Shafer of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Cody, Kyra, Keeley, Cannon, Cale, Cohl and Carson; his siblings, Tim Mack and Sally Notchacker; his half-siblings, Jody Shearer, Kathy Krichbaum and Chris Bauer; and his stepbrothers, Mike Hoffman and Gary Hoffman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
