He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Hawk (Kuhn); his children, Sherry Gale of Dayton, OH, Scott Hawk (Gina) of Lewis Center, OH, Roger Hawk of Miami, FL and Ruth Watts (Matt) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Greg Hawk, Tim Hawk (Grace), Teresa Hawk, Katherine Kinder (Jacob), Kevin Gale, Keith Gale and Brady Watts; and his great grandchild J. J. Kinder.
