It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia C. Gwirtz (Shelby, Ohio), who passed away on December 7, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert D. Hewitt and Carrie G. Steele (Crow); her brothers, Herbert E. Hewitt and Verlin G. Hewitt; and her niece Susan Jones (Hewitt).

She is survived by: her husband Robert H. "Bob" Gwirtz; her daughters, Sally Steward (Larry) of Columbus and Marlene Wears (Pat) of Groveport, Ohio; her granddaughters, Amanda Steward and Anne Barrett; and her great grandchildren, Campbell, Emerson, Addison and Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 6500 Busch Blvd., Suite 210, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
