He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Dvorak and Virginia Dvorak (Goss); his in-laws, Harold and Winnie Hanno; and his brothers-in-law, David Beveridge and Steve Hanno.
He is survived by: his wife Sally J. Dvorak (Hanno); his daughters, Kristin Goon (Jason) of Ashland, Kari Blanchard of Lancaster and Katie Bird (Brent) of Galena; his grandchildren, Kameron Goon, Kenedi Goon, Karter Goon, Logan Blanchard, Ashlynne Blanchard, Ellie Bach, Emin Bach, Elin Bach, Tyler Bird and Clara Bird; his sister Lynn Beveridge of Brecksville; and his nieces, Heather Onorati (Mike) and Betsy Beveridge.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
