He is survived by: his parents, Larry Hickman of Ontario and Kari Tarvin (Tim) of Shelby; his sisters, Kayla Klopfenstein (Lee) of Ontario, Krista Carver (Ben) of Shelby and Kendra Bryant (Cody) of Middletown, Ohio.; his grandparents, Jim Hickman of Tiro and Sharon Bradley (David) of Cherokee Village, Arkansas.; and his great-grandparent Viola Shepard of Cherokee Village. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces/nephews.
