She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Theresa "Tera" "Teedi" Rouse (Greg) of Jackson, OH; her goddaughter Camille Keiser; her grandchildren, Brendan, Gabriel and Heather; her mother Jean Lynne Lash (Riley); her pet Sloopy; her siblings, Mark Hogue (Kathie) of Ashland, Anne Strine (Ron) of Richmond, VA, Joan Wildman of San Francisco, CA, Joel Hogue (Lisa) of Marblehead, OH, Susan Keiser (Ron) of Knoxville, TN and Sally Wray (Danny) of Ostrander, OH; her stepsiblings, Ben Lash (Cindy) of Shelby, Lori Amicone (Mark) of Shelby, Pam Hess (Mark) of Shelby and Stewart Lash of Columbus; her sister-in-law Kathy Hogue of Indian Land, SC; her aunt Rosemary Riley; her uncle Dwight Hogue (Prudence); her father Gary Ronald Hogue; her stepfather Dr. Donald Lash; her siblings, Lynn Hogue and Christopher Hogue; and her grandparents, Ralph, Grace Riley, John and Virginia Hogue. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

It was Gail's wish to donate her body to The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
