He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bourns Elias, Sr. and Carolyn Priscilla Elias (Russler); his wife Janice Elias (Cooke); his brother Donald Elias (Charlene); his son Robert Elias; his granddaughters, Kristen Lyon and Melanie Miller Hodges; his aunt Hilda; his uncle John Byrne; his son-in-law Brian Adair; and his stepson Michael Eshelman.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michelle Hockenberry (Gary) of Shelby and Scott Eshelman of Crestline. He is also survived by grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
