She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Yockey and Mary Yockey (Hoak); her former husband Bill Stroup; her husband George Sands; and her siblings, Dora Sauder, Marguerite Miller, Jane Yockey, Frances Stroup, John, Harold, Victor and Clarence Yockey.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Keiser (Larry) of Shelby and Richard Stroup (Sally) of Shelby; and her brother Glenn Yockey (Evelyn). She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
