It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Wagenhals of Shelby, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wagenhals and Elizabeth Wagenhals (Kapp); his wife Cora Davis (Beatty); his siblings, Elsie Boyle and Fred Wagenhals; and his nephew Robert Boyle.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Betty Detillion (Ed) of Shelby; his stepgrandsons, Brian Gunder (Wendy) and Scott Gunder; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Andrew Craft (Alexandra), Samantha Ballengee (Christian) and Sydney Gunder; his great great grandchild Oliver Ballengee; his sister-in-law Millie Chodera; his nephews, George and Donald Boyle; and his niece Anita Ingram.
