He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Payne and Arcudi; his wife Daryl Payne (Herz); his children, Michael Payne (Margie) of Mansfield and Angelique Buckingham (Steve Byus) of Mansfield; his brother James Payne of Shelby; his nephew Jeremy Hall (Celina) of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings-in-law, Clara Billotte of Mansfield and Tony Herz (Stephanie) of Mansfield; his stepfather James Payne; and his mother-in-law Doris Garrett. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
