Eloise Landis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eloise Landis of Shelby, Ohio, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 31, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren Tackett and Tessie Tackett (Conley); her husband Richard A. "Rick" Landis; and her sisters, Gerldean Brooks and Reta Hammond.

She is survived by: her siblings, Earnestene Cunningham of Plymouth, Virginia Day (Jan) of Plymouth, Janet Sue Ryman of Shelby, John Tackett (Josie), Rev. O. Douglas Tackett (Mary) of Shelby, Jerry Tackett (Sharon), Barbara Jean Porter of Shelby and Sandra Kistemarker (Paul) of Norwalk; and her niece Kimberly High. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, both the family and the funeral home wish that everyone remains safe.

Memorial contributions may be made to the church and left in care of the funeral home.
