She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Stoffer and Florece Stoffer (Reynolds); her former husband Robert D. Payne; her husband Mel Biglin; her son Martin Payne; her stepdaughters, Priscilla Vance and Annette Esham; her son-in-law Ron Spangler; and her siblings, Robert Stoffer and Marilyn Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Thompson (Tommy), Linda Spangler and George Payne; her stepchildren, Stephen Biglin (Joyce), Veronica Negrey (Dennis), Christopher Biglin (Debbie), Gregory Biglin (Judy), Bernadette Howell (John), Cassandra Tyrrell (Chuck) and Melissa Powers (Jim); her grandchildren, Scott Spangler, Eric Spangler, Megan Thompson and Thomas Thompson; her great grandchild Lynlee June Spangler; her siblings, Larry Stoffer (Ann) and Jane LaBarge (Ron); and her sister-in-law Lousie Stoffer.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Barkdull Funeral Home (33 N Gamble St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
