He is survived by: his wife Anna Lee Sullivan (Irey); his son Douglas Sullivan (Patricia); his grandsons, Matthew Sullivan (Lindsay) and Brian Sullivan (Michael Cochran); his great grandchildren, Harper and Will Sullivan; his siblings-in-law, Janel and Frank Long; and his nieces and nephews, Laura Jacques, Frank Gordon Long, David Glenn-Burns, Barry Burns and Janel Nelson.
