It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald James Kiser of Shelby, Ohio, born in Albion, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Perry; his children, Kathy Webb and Allan Kiser; and his son-in-law John Mills. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Mills of Shelby, Sonya Anzevino (Ray) of Las Vegas, Connie Bowman (John) of Las Vegas, Lisa Coy (Greg) of Shelby, Joe Perry (Tammy) of Las Vegas and Carl Swank (Heather) of John Day, OR; his brothers, Bradley Kiser of Tampa, FL and James Kiser (Linda) of Las Vegas; and his close friend Frank Smith. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren.
