He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cooke and Aila Cooke (McFarland); his daughter Crystal Cooke; and his brothers, Arlen Sutter and Harold Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jinx" Cooke (King); and his children, Lori Ashworth (Fred) of Glenolden, Lisa Turpin of Huber Heights, Wayne Cooke (Christina) of Dayton and Craig Cooke (Kelly) of Fairview Park, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
