He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Charlie Thurman; and his parent-in-law Pete. He is survived by: his wife Linda Spangler (Thurman); his children, Kellie Seibert (Tony) of Shelby and Kyle Spangler (Courtney) of New Albany; his grandchildren, Sydnie, Mya, Kerryn Seibert, Kinsey, Junie, Beau David and Clayton Dean Spangler; his sisters, Becky Hamman (Pudge) of Shelby and Nancy Cains (Danny) of Mansfield; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Thurman (Jenny) of Shelby, Diane Thurman of Mansfield and Eileen Sullivan of Beavercreek, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and other relatives.
