He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fritz and Etta Fritz (Kaiser); his wife Virginia Ann Fritz; his daughter Sharon Felter; and his siblings, Kenneth Paul Fritz, Louise McDaniel, Velma Dunlap and Mary Ellen Vanasdale.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maryetta Ventre of Las Vegas and Laura Fritz of Shelby; his grandchildren, John, Tom, Nick Felter, Mindy Hubert (Dave) and Matthew Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Dunlap of Las Vegas and Ronnie Vanasdale of Shelby. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
