He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Tackett and Sina Tackett (Crace); his wife Patricia Tackett; and his siblings, Ronnie, Franklin, William, Norman Tackett, Dorothy Burns, Edith Roberts, Flossie Lacey, Cindy Young and Gloria Liepley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clement Tackett (Linda) of Crestline, OH, Lois Eden (Joe) of Nevada, OH and Mary Laughbaum of Tiro, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Barkdull Funeral Home (33 N Gamble St, Shelby, OH 44875). A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Oakland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Daniel's memory to Ohio Health Hospice, 50 Industrial Drive, Lexington, OH 44904.
