She is survived by: her daughter Lee Lazar (Nina) of Mansfield, OH; her granddaughter Payton Lazar of Mansfield, OH; her siblings, Bobbie Gullett of Plymouth, OH, Julie Taylor (Rusty) of Plymouth, OH, Michele Metcalfe of Shelby, OH and Michael Metcalfe (Cindy) of New Haven, OH; her siblings-in-law, Nita Beverly (Doug) of Willard, OH, Angie Siesel (John) of Attica, OH and Mike Combs (Kim) of Plymouth, OH; her aunt Peggy Pleasnick; and her cousins, Stephen and Jen Pleasnick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
