He was predeceased by: his grandfather Paul Campbell, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Campbell Jr. (Chasidy) and Barbara Green Crain (Nick Rock); his wife Samantha Campbell; his sons, Luke and Remington of Shelby; his siblings, Kyle Champbell (Emily) of Nevada, OH and Desiree Campbell of Mansfield; his stepsisters, Jeri, Chelsea, Alicia and Ashley; his nieces and nephews, Kylie, Kenzee, Brantley, Khloe and Connor; and his grandparents, Judy Campbell of Galion, Maddi Dowell of Plymouth and Dickie Green of Plymouth.
In place of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Colten's memory to his children, Luke and Remington Campbell in care of their mother, Samantha Campbell.
