He is survived by: his sons, Dan Downing (Karen) of Cambridge, OH, Raymond Downing of Mansfield, Theon Downing (Patty Gies-Trausch) of Shelby, Dean Downing (Angela) of Ashland and Barry Downing (Kristen); and his brother Lester of Norwalk, OH. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
