Brown of Shelby, Ohio, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Amos Guthrie Maynor; her grandmother Edith Workman; her stepfather Shelby Williams; her husband Sherman "Toots" Brown; her siblings, Priscilla Maynor, Amos Maynor and Steve Maynor; and her great grandchild Isabella Renea Caudell.
She is survived by: her mother Ila Maynor Williams (Wriston); her children, Roy Allen Steagall, Jr. of Shelby, Kelly Maynor, Lisa Kegley of Mansfield and DaWanna Johnson of Shelby; her grandchildren, Roy Allen Steagall, III, Cheryl Ann Grandstaff, Christopher Grandstaff, René Steagall, Amanda Steagall, Brandon Caudell (Talitha), Garrett Maynor and Ema (Lea Mckinney); and her siblings, Linda Blevins, Terry Williams, Kevin Williams (Balinda) and Darla Riviotta. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
