He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Duncan and Isabelle Duncan (Wilcoxin); his stepmother Mavis Duncan; his siblings, Joe R. Duncan, Jack Duncan, Colin Duncan, Margarite Evans, Emma Lou Cropper and Norma Faye Duncan; and his parents-in-law, Ed and Minnie Feltner.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma "Jerry" Duncan (Feltner); his daughters, Cheryl Duncan of Olmsted Falls, OH and Melissa "Missy" Reinke (Mike) of North Ridgeville, OH; his siblings, Louise Evans of Chagrin Falls, OH, Jeanne Faragone of Brunswick, OH, James Jarrells of Vanceburg, KY, Archie Duncan (Gloria) of Vanceburg, KY and Roberta Sparks (Greg) of Vanceburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Ashley, Sarah, Briana, Alex and Nicholas. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
