He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Patton and Florence Patton (Dulin); and his siblings, Pauline Branch and Leroy Patton. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Patton (Baldridge); his children, Kimberly Lybarger (Michael) of Shelby, Bobby Ray Patton, Jr. (Stephanie Mulvane) of Shelby and Stoney Ray Patton of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Steven Andrews (Buffy Rearden-D'amico), Stacey Carter (Jeremy), Stoney Patton Jr. (Chelsea) and Michael Patton; and his sisters, Betty Hall of Beallsville, OH, Carol Culler of Shelby and Teena Green of Mansfield. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
