She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lemelin and Gladys Lemelin (Sefcik); her husband Glen; her daughter-in-law Shannon Mack; and her siblings, Leonard Allen, Leo J. Lemelin Jr., Alice Gore, Irene George and Mae Barber Deviney.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Mack (Lisa) of Delaware, David Mack of Shelby, Troy Mack (Paula) of Greenwood, SC and Kim Shafer of Madeira; her grandchildren, Cody Hawkins, Kyra Mack, Keeley Mack, Cannon Shafer, Cale Mack, Cohl Mack and Carson Shafer; her sisters, Arlene Smith, Ina Foley and Ann Wealtz; and her siblings-in-law, Tim Mack (Polly) of Jamestown, NY, Sally Nothacker (Tom) of Mansfield and Jody Schearer of Shelby. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
