It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Ann Wade of Shelby, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dennis L. Carper; her brother Mark Carper; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Stevens and Steve VanHorn. She is survived by: her significant other Jessie Hall; her children, Michael Frost (Kristy) of Ontario, Angela Reed (Eli) of Mansfield and Jennifer Wade of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Logan Frost, Easton Frost, Rylan Frost, Lita Frost, Caleb Reed, Cody Reed, Jonathan Davis and Jaylynn Davis; her great grandchild Iris Davis; her siblings, Wanda VanHorn, Mike Carper, John Carper (Jeannie), Opal Stevens and Kathy Haering (Ken); her sister-in-law Juanita Carper; her pet Bandit; her children, Alex, Crystal, Shaunda, Megan and Amber; and her close friends, Penny and Cindy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
