It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty I. Eckstein (Shelby, Ohio), born in Auburn Township, Ohio, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph C. Bevier and Viva M. Bevier (Gutshall); her husband Ross Eckstein; her sons-in-law, Darl Keen and Scott Reeve; her granddaughter Carrie Reeve; and her siblings, Walter Bevier and Pauline Hammond.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Keen of Shelby, Peggy Jenkins of Galion, Pam Greene (Van) of Corpus Christi, TX, Penny Reeve of Mt. Gilead and Paula Newlove (Doug) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Aaron Jenkins (Jessica), Amy Harmych (Paul), Jason Greene (Sasha), Alise Robinson, Leah Gillam (John), Sam Reeve (Courtney), Ross Newlove (Bradi) and Jami Andrews (Seth); and her brother John Bevier (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crouse Memorial Lutheran Church and left in care of the funeral home.
