With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Berneice Hoover of Shelby, Ohio, born in Wrigley, Kentucky, who passed away on November 19, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Finley Cooper and Eva Cooper (Dennis); her husband Burton H. Hoover; her siblings, Lois Johnson, Beulah Bowman and Gary Cooper; and her niece Kathey Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, James (Marianne Ritchie), David (Shellie Ritchie), William (Katherine Ritchie) and Michelle; her son-in-law Brian Winebrenner of Spartanburg; her grandchildren, David "Augie" Ritchie, Matthew Kaufman, Hunter Ritchie, Jordon Winebrenner, Gabriel Lykins, Amber Ritchie, Amanda Kaufman and Bethany Winebrenner; her great grandchildren, Hayley Kanzig, Savannah Keener and Layla VanCura; and her sisters, Marilyn Cole of Plymouth and Mavis (Dick Bailey). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
