She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Lewis and Cora Lewis (Johnson). She is survived by: her siblings, Ronald Lewis (Marlene Barnard) of Greenwich, Garry Lewis (Peggy) of Newport Beach, FL and Abigail Hartge (Paul) of Shelby; and her nephews, Ronnie Shepherd of Shelby, Kenneth Shepherd of Shelby and Billy J. Hartge of Shelby.
