She is survived by: her husband Larry Ray Webb; her daughter Bobbi Lynay Stout (John) of Shelby; her grandson Keith Edmond Combs; and her siblings, Linda Louise Miller of Shelby, OH and Ross Kelser Loughman, Jr. of Shelby. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
