It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan N. Potts of Shelby, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Potts and Hattie Potts (Simpson); his son Scott Potts; his siblings, Karl Potts, Harold Potts (Margaret), Jack Potts (Janice), Carol Winters (Tom) and Delores Mentullo; his brother-in-law Joe Arnold; and his cousin Clarence "Toots" Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Potts (Seville); his children, Mark Potts (Paula), Brian Potts (Dolores), Dennis Potts (Sheila), Craig Potts, Jeff Potts (Sheryl) and Celeste Amato (James Reese); his daughters-in-law, Brenda Lewis (Steve) and Candace Potts; his sisters, Marilyn Arnold and Sharon Ball (Tim); and his sister-in-law Mary Potts. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
