He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Lee and Jeanne Anne Kitzmiller (Waite); his wife Juli-Ann Kitzmiller; his stepson Joshua Chieves; his brother Kevin Kitzmiller (Trudi); his mother-in-law Barbara Brannon; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Ritter (Glenn), Laurie Brown (Gary) and Lisa Hill (Andrea Closkey).
