He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dembek and Mary Dembek; his sister Teri Conway; and his mother-in-law Rosemary Schwarz. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie"; his father-in-law Frank A. Schwarz of Vermilion; and his caregiver Tracey Parrotta of Lorain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
In addition, he enjoyed dogs and cats and was the owner of numerous fur-babies through the years; Tom rarely missed an opportunity to donate to animal shelters and animal rescue missions and was a generous contributor to veteran organizations as well.
