He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. and Agnes Garber. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Garber; his children, Kelly M. Garber, James R. Garber and Joseph D. Garber; his siblings, Karen A. Benge and Robert Garber (Mary); and his significant other Ziva. He is also survived by several nephews and 1 niece.
