He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Scrivens and Ann Scrivens; his brother Henry Scrivens; and his nephew Gerry Scrivens. He is survived by: his wife Carol L.; his daughters, Cathy Howard (Mike) of Grafton, Carrie Schofield (John McKenna) of Elyria and Candi Scheifele (Kevin) of Randolph; his grandchildren, Amy Schneck (Mike), Lisa Gonzalez (Eddie), Stephen Howard (Ashton), Katelyn Mason (Justin), Megan, Taylor Mehl, Caleb and Jaden Scheifele; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Emily Schneck, Greysen, Lyncoln Howard and Lyla Mason.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice or Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 523 E. Broad Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
