He was predeceased by: his parents, Oris Canter and Stella Canter; his siblings, David, Edward Canter, Mary Ritz, Wanda Welser, Victoria Calhoun and Jennifer Baldwin; and his granddaughter Molly Canter.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Canter; his daughters, Christina Canter (Bruce Flazynski), Susanna Shultz (Timothy), Dustina Canter and Donielle Canter (Reed Acs); and his sisters, Martha, Cathy, Linda, Cecelia and Carla. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
