He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Costilow and Kathleen Costilow; and his brother Dennis Costilow. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Costilow; his children, Matthew Costilow (Carla), Jeremiah Costilow (Traci) and Katie Marvin (Chris); and his brothers, Don (Patty) and Dean Costilow (Christine). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
