She is survived by: her spouse Tony Perez; her daughters, Kelsey Castaneda and Kalley Perez; her parents, Tammy Strickling (David) of Elyria and William Jewell (Dawn) of Vermilion; her siblings, Jeriod Jewell (Cassy) of Vermilion, Michael Kolonick of Avon Lake and Courtney Kolonick (Nick Weppelman); her grandmothers, Edna Burress of Sheffield Village and Anita Jewell of Pennsylvania; and her brother-in-law Michael Perez of Avon Lake.
Ashley had a love for working with the elderly and Alzheimer's patients.
