We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2019, at the age of 74, Patricia Plavic (Sheffield Lake, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Barbara (Jasper); her siblings, Bill, Michael, Robert and Dora (Meyers); and her grandson Jordan Truxel.

She is survived by: her children, Darlene Leiukart (Paul), Mark Shea (Corrine) and Robert Plavic (Jessica); her grandchildren, Matthew, Danielle, Kayla, Dylan, Lily and Braden; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Anah and Amyah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Services of Southwest General.
