He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Roseann Warth (Robert) of Amherst and Nick of Sheffield Lake; his grandchildren, Zachary, Mackenna and Chase; and his sister Kathy Peters (Don) of Burr Ridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
