She is survived by: her husband Dr. Stephen B. Evans; her children, Dr. Stephen Evans Jr. (Tracey), Elizabeth Evans (Zak Schweda) and Jessica Evans (Hunter Fava); her grandchildren, Alexander Evans, Samantha Meyer (Carson), Lucas Evans, Isabelle, Emilia Schweda, Adaline and Evelyn Fava; her great grandchild Charles Meyer; her siblings, Joseph Dougherty (Belinda), Margaret Corriveau (Harold), James Dougherty (Kirsten), Dominic Dougherty, Helen Conley, Bernadette Bascone (Perry), Magdalene Chrulski (James) and Dorothy Gerber; and her stepmother-in-law Barbara Evans.
