She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Klejka; and her siblings, Hugh O'Donnell and Mary Ann Jennings. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Joseph Klejka (Jacquelyn), John Klejka, Dr. James Klejka (Jody), Stephen Klejka (Lynette) and Theresa Kovacs (Brian); and her brother Patrick O'Donnell (Barbara). She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grand-children.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church in her memory.
