He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Jurasek and Rosemary Jurasek (Bommer); his sons, Edward and Jeff Jurasek; his brother Robert Jurasek; and his stepfather Edward Bommer.

He is survived by: his sister Jeanne Traxler (John). He is also survived by three nieces.
