He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M.; and his sons, Dale A. of West Virginia and John R. (Janet) of Elyria Twp. He is also survived by five granddaughters and a grandson; and six great granddaughters and a great grandson.
